Today we worked on a ton of structural things. The programming has been phenomenal recently and we got the heavy end of it today. I’m so glad (and I’m sure that the other firebreathers feel this way)  that Tim has been programming for us. Today’s dose was awesome…

225# These were extremely taxing. 

B2. HSPU Strict – 7-9 Reps
9 Reps per set.

C1. Close grip supenated pull ups @ 31×1 x 9 Reps
9 Reps per Set

C2. GHD Sit Ups 12-15 Reps
15 Reps per Set

C3. Single Leg Weighted DB  Split Squats @ 11X0 x 8 Reps per leg
8 Reps w/ 40 lb DB’s each leg

This is all structural work. Stay tuned guys. Coach Tim is going to blow our minds with some crazy training over the next 4 weeks. Next week is when the real training starts for next year ;). Lets do this.
