Oops…we did it again.

 

I’ve never been one to be the match maker…but there’s just something about the High Voltage Community that either brings people together or keeps them together!

 

This past week our ITP’er and Wolfpack Alumnus Ryan Felix proposed to fellow Vixen Andrea Alvarez…and she said YES (in my head I pretend like she said ‘yeah buddy’).

 

And we couldn’t be more happy for them!

 

Even cooler they’re just the latest in a long line of High Voltage engagements weddings babies and families that have sprouted up from everyone’s hard work effort and Community.

 

So…after you give them a big ‘Yeah Buddy’ in comments post who you think is going to be next…

 

I know who Hayley wants me to have my money on!

A. Back Squat:
5RM at 30×0

B. 85% of 5RM for max reps at 30×0

C. AMRAP in 15 Mins:
200 Meter Run
10x Push Ups
20x OH Walking Lunge Steps (total)
30 Sit Ups

A. Back Squat:
1RM at 30×0

B. 85%of 1RM test for max reps at 30×0
As soon as tempo is broken set is over

C. AMRAP in 15 Mins – 200 meter run
10x Clapping Push Ups
20x Overhead Walking Lunge Steps
30x Sit Ups
(advanced does each set unbroken & is looking for similar splits at every round – NOT a big fall off)
