If you guys haven’t done a MAP session yet, I can sum it all up in 1 word… RESULTS! I’ve been doing plenty of Max Aerobic Power sessions lately and I can feel the results! Yesterday I hit Jackie (Which is a

WOD I always bonk on), and I nailed a PR! But here’s the peculiar thing: I expected the “Fran-Lung” to hit me about halfway through, and it never did. I can safely say that this is because of the MAP session. It’s an awesome training tool :).
