Monday: Staying IN the Game

Monday: Staying IN the Game

Monday: Staying IN the Game

On Saturday we had an absolutely AMAZING Team High Voltage Training.

In my opinion it was one of the best sessions we’ve ever had.

-Well…what made it so great Tim?

-Was it all the PR’s for part A?

No…but those were pretty sweet.

-Was it ‘The Team Volt’ for part B?

That was also pretty awesome…but it wasn’t what made it so epic.

-Well then it had to be the Max Aerobic Power training that we finished with right?

Again friggin cool but not what made it so great.

…Ready…?

Everyone brought exactly what they had to the training.

I know this seems simple but when it happens the output of the group is unmatched.

Katie B & Nick the Cop are both rehabbing some injuries. They could have stayed home I mean it was Saturday night I’m sure they had other stuff they could have done…

But they brought what they had…and they gave 100% of that did what they could scaled what they needed and screamed as loud as everyone else.

The rest of the group could feel it. That pushed all of the Team to go harder.

And that’s how Epicness happens.

And…it’s also the recipe for a really happy coach.
