Where I push a little harder.
Where I show up a little earlier and stay a little later.
Where I pay just a little more attention to detail.
Where I set myself and everyone around me up for success.
Where I recover as hard as I train.
And that’s just Monday!
This is the week.

Monday’s Training: 

Pre-Structural Skill: 1 max set banded deadhang/strict pullups

 

Skill: Back Squat technique

  • Build to heavy 3 rep in 12 minutes @30×0 tempo

 

WOD: 3 rounds for time

  • 400m run
  • AMRAP hand release pushups in 1 minute

 

A. 1 max set kipping pullups or banded deadhang pull ups

 

B. Establish 1RM Backsquat in 12 Minutes

 

C. 3 rounds for time:

  • 400m run
  • AMRAP hand release pushups in 1 minute

A. 1 max set CTB pullups (scale as needed)

 

B: Establish 1RM Backsquat in 15 minutes

  • No Tempo

 

C. 3 rounds for time:

  • 400m run
  • AMRAP ring pushups in 1 minute

 

20 min AMRAP

  • 4x DB Alt. Power Snatch
  • 8x Air Squats
  • 4x DB Push Press
  • 8x Sit-ups
  • 200m run
