Monday: It’s FRAN!
It’s Monday…and it’s time to get after it!
Seriously we’ve been spending a lot of time lately on the blog talking about the different approaches to training and long term fitness & athletic development…it’s one of my biggest life passions and if we’ve ever spoken the topic has probably come up.
A large portion of this includes building the right ‘pieces’ into your training so that when it comes to ‘testing’ days like today you have as much of your A-Game as possible.
By focusing our training around aspects of structural stability specific energy system approaches and analyzing the data that your workouts produce so we can continue to assess & progress your development without relying on ‘guessing’ that a theory fits.
And so it brings us to today…everyone’s favorite…and I don’t care what you say…Fran is everyone’s favorite 😉
When you come in to the box today know that you’re not the same person physically from the last time that you did Fran so don’t low-ball yourself.
You are physically stronger mentally tougher and ready to take any challenge on.
This doesn’t mean it’s not going to suck…it’s going to suck.
It just means that you’re strong enough to handle it and give your Full Effort.
Looking forward to everyone’s scores!
PS – Don’t forget about our Info Sesh’s happening today after 6am & before 7am and after 5:30p & before 6:30p for all of our awesome Fall Events…like…this!
