Awesome weekend? Yeah…me too. But…regardless of what the scientists say…I feel like summer is over. And I like to go with my gut…

This means it’s time to get back on track dial it in or step it up!

Lucky for you all we’ll be crushing all 3 this week.

 First – big announcement! We’re launching our next High Voltage ITP (Instructor Training Program) this month!

We know that there are several of you who are interested in becoming a Coach without having to quit your job or change careers to do so. The High Voltage ITP was designed to address both – the person who is looking for a career change and the person who just wants to learn more share it with others and teach an amazing class.

We are set to develop our next group of leaders this fall. Forsome this means becoming a great substitute coaches assistant coaches or even perhaps to eventually be part of the CrossFit High Voltage Coaching team. For those with the biggest dreams this could mean attempting to become part of the High Voltage full time staff!

*For the first time and do to many requests High Voltage is opening up it’s one of a kind Instructor Training Program to the rest of our Community .* – Limited Spaces available for non-High Voltage Members and for Non-HV Members a tuition cost will apply.*

We’re having our ‘ITP Info Sesh’ next Thursday Sept 12 at 6:30pm. If you are interested in any way or would like to find out if you have what it takes to become an amazing coach like the rest of the BAMF Coaches at High Voltage I would like to invite you to come by!

Next up…this week is the launch of the High Voltage Endurance Program & the prelims for the Whole Life Challenge...there’s still time to get involved…but this is the last week to do so!

Wednesday night we’re having a huge Info Sesh for the Endurance Program. Any questions of how to get involved or if it’s right for you? This is the place to be!

In fact – there’s so much awesomeness going on this Fall at High Voltage we made an Event Page so everyone can keep up to date!

Finally I would like to give a huge Thank You to everyone who came out sweated and paid their respects on Sunday by doing the Hot Shots 19 WOD. It’s events like this that really show just how special the CrossFit Community are and why High Voltage is one of a kind! Thank You!

Skill: Build to a heavy 5 rep front squat at 30×0 in 10 minutes

+ AMRAP at 80% of A at 30×0 – 1 attempt

WOD: 2 min on 2 min off x 4 sets

5x Hand Release Push Ups
7x Wall Ball
9x Box Jumps/Step Ups +step down

Skill: Build to a heavy 3 rep front squat at 30×0 in 10 minutes

+ AMRAP at 80% of A at 30×0 – 1 attempt

WOD: 2 min on 2 min off x 4 sets

5x Hand Release Push Ups
7x Wall Ball
9x Box Jumps +step down

All Levels:

A. Front Squat: in 12 Min build to a heavy 1RM Front Squat: No Tempo

B. AMRAP at 85% of Heaviest A at 30×0 once tempo is broken set is over (1 attempt)

C. 2 min on 2 min off x4 rounds (start over at the top of push ups at the beginning of every amrap)
5x Clapping Push Ups (sub to regular push ups)
7x 2fer Wall Ball
9x Box Jump + jump down/step down (Open Standards)
