Not every day is a harvest in CrossFit. Most days are training days – you know – our ‘planting’ days.

Other days once we’ve properly nurtured our harvest it’s time to get out the plow.

In today’s training there’s probably going to be some aspect that we all could add a little more water & love to.

Each day we have that choice; do we plant or do we plow?

Pre-Skill: Double Under Instruction + 1 min AMRAP double unders

Skill: Push Press x8 + 1 second hold overhead

WOD: 10 minutes:

2 min jump rope passes/double unders

2 min sit ups

90 sec jump rope

90 sec sit ups

60 sec jump rope
