I was talking to a few other gym owning buddies the other day – kind of like how we’d imagine the teachers in the teacher lounge growing up I guess. Ok except everyone is way more jacked. Plus I was there.

Anyways we were talking about the different changes that go on with CrossFitters as they progress from newbie to badass. Everyone thinks that it’s ‘everyone else but not them’…until it happens to them.

Getting started with CrossFit or any fitness regiment really can be super challenging.

But somewhere along the way you begin to believe more in yourself than you do in the fear of the challenge.

Somewhere along the way you embrace that challenge.

At some point we crave the challenge.

What was this point for you? Do you remember it?

You know the time when CrossFit and everything that happens inside High Voltage went from being ‘peeking around the corner’ to ‘both feet in’?

Do you know how to communicate that to others or is it visceral?
