They’re Baaaaaack!

That’s right. Your favorite Masters of Strength – Coaches Pnutz & Brown Bear are going to make sure you finish off the year and start off the next one by adding some ridiculous knowledge & numbers to your power lifting game.

But we’ve never done a 10 week Strength Cycle like this before!

There’s a reason we’re saying for this Strength Cycle that “You have to do what other’s won’t to get what other’s don’t.”

After a couple really great ‘test’ cycles we’ve done in the past I’m excited to go live with our very first 10 Week Barbell Strength Specialty Course.

To keep the level of attention and ‘dem gainz’ the highest we’re capping this class at 15 dedicated people.

The course meets Monday & Wednesday nights at 8:30pm and Saturday’s at 11am starting November 2 through January 25 (holiday dates will be pushed back so everyone will get a full 10 weeks). During these times only people registered in the 10 Week Strength Cycle will be able to take these classes.

And Registration starts…..NOW! For the first week enrollment will be limited to current High Voltage Members only.

The price is $249 for 10 weeks and you can register here for 1 payment or here for 2 payments. 

After the first week we will open enrollment to non-High Voltage Members (as if any exist) for the price of $449.

Pre-Skill Structural: 400m rest 2 min x 2 sets
Skill: Back Squat; Sets of 3 reps; 30×1

WOD: 5 Minutes Max Jump Rope Passes

(singles or doubles – every break = 5 air squats)

rest 3 min repeat.

B. In 15 minutes; build to a Heavy 2 Rep Back Squat

C. 5 min Max Unbroken Double Unders
1st break is 5 air squats
2nd Break is 5 V-Ups
3rd Break is 5 Burpees then repeat
