The High Voltage ‘Lil Sparx’ Program

Stay in the game…we’ll watch your most prized possessions (hint NOT your iPhone)

All of the sudden just everyone started having babies!

Over the last few years we’ve watched our friends and High Voltage members have to spend up to 3 hours to do the ‘mom watches first then dad works out then they switch’ deal. Even worse it made it really difficult for these new parents to take care of themselves. And taking care of yourself is probably one of the most impactful things we can do for our children – you know leading by example!

With this the High Voltage ‘Little Sparx’ Professional Day Care was born!

  • Get to spend some ‘quality time’ with your significant other
  • Staying healthy means staying in shape – even 2 training sessions a week at High Voltage can be a balanced part of every parent’s new fitness diet.
  • Professional certified Child Care Professionals On-Site watching your kids

Best of all the cost is just $1 per kid per session (billed monthly so you don’t have to carry cash on you – that’s another thing you don’t have to worry about!) We’re starting off small (baby steps just like with your little ones) – we’ll be adding in more time as we go and our Community continues to grow.

  • Monday 4:15pm -6:45pm
  • Wednesday: 4:15pm-6:45pm
  • Saturday: 8:45am-11:15am

Rest 90 sec x4 sets
