Tuesday: And the Winners Are!

After 8 Grueling Weeks in one one the toughest Nutritional Challenges around…including Prelim workouts Final Workouts…daily logging tracking introspection extrospection (hey – might be) – we have our Whole Life Challenge Winners!

And boy did they really rock it!
In the Beginner Division we have a HUGE High Voltage Shout out as well as a bottle of the Highly Coveted Night Time Recovery for David Lipchik!!! Well done buddy! Special Shout out to Sheryl who really did amazing in this as well and made some HUGE gains – very proud of this Vixen.

In the Intermediate Waffle Wodder Hawk Waltz got super svelt & sexy – I mean even more than usual and will get extra help crushing his WOD’s bright and early in the AM with his own Tub of Spark! #sparkitup

In the Advanced Division…let’s give a Super Big High Voltage YEAH BUDDY to Marc Binda!
When he started off the challenge – I honestly thought maybe Marc should be in the Intermediate Division…but did he ever step up his game & really have an amazing 8 weeks.

The coaches have also seen it in everyone’s performance dedication & results over this time as well.

The next step is taking this through the New Year and making this Challenge into Habits.

That’s where the real changes come from…when we internalize these behaviors and they just become who you are.

Imagine what type of life you’d be living when you could do that.

So…what’s holding you back?
