Today begins our awesome weekend of ‘Bring A Friend + Food Drive = Awesome’.

We’ve got a really fun MAP workout (Max Aerobic Power) for all of our CrossFit classes that’s gonna give a great dose to anyone you bring in. We’ve also got something super cool for our AC/DC 9:30am Class that involves Structural Lifting & Cyclical Conditioning. Can’t wait for your buddies to check it out!

And then there’s this! We’ve been working on this for a while…and I’m pretty sure we NAILED IT!
