If you’ve been playing along from home you’ll know that I’ve been writing about how incredibly thankful I am over the past few days.

Today’s piece of gratitude isn’t so concrete though…and I kind of need your help to pay it fully forward.

Ok I really need your help.

It started off after our latest Bring a Friend + Food Drive = Awesome days last week.

I was BLOWN AWAY by how much food our Community donated.

Then Coach House had an idea – it turns out his really awesome concept coincided with the Nation-wide Fitness Starts With Food Drive.

Bring a can of food…train for free!

Here’s how it’s gonna work. If you’re a current Volt or Vixen you can bring in a can of food and get 1 additional class that week for Free! Each week through Dec 31 you can take advantage of this 1x.

Not in the cool kids club yet (yet)? It’s ok – bring in a can of food – and you can have your first class free!

Want to bring a friend in. Guess what…Bring a Can & they’re gonna get the best workout of their life!

Now here’s where I really need your help.

My goal is for our box to donate 5000# of food by Dec 31 to donate to people in our own Community of Burbank.

We’ve already got 3 boxes full…but I know we’ve got more to go.

But we know what the goal is…and this is a group that conquers there goals when we stick together and put our minds to it.

Because this is OUR Community.

And we can’t let our Community go hungry or needy during this time of year.
