Big week coming up – our Annual Holiday Party is happening this Saturday from 7-11pm at the box!

There’s a sign up board in the lobby for what you’re going to bring (either food or drink or both if you’re crazy like that) – in addition to our Annual High Voltage Awards being handed out at 9pm.

I’m looking forward to seeing EVERYONE there!

And this brings us to our 6th Day of High Voltagemas!

Today we’re giving the gift that has kept on giving for so many of our members.

It’s been found in the improved camaraderie formed from the Volts & Vixens in its epic training sessions…

It’s been found in the confidence of everyone who never thought they’d be able to go out & ‘Throw Down’ outside our walls.

And it’s been found on all areas of the podium in so many types of fitness events (CrossFit fitness weightlifting triathlon endurance Spartan Races & Tough Mudders & So Much More…

Yeah you got it…On the 6th Day of High Voltagemas High Voltage gave to us…

It’s BAAAAAACK! Our Super Awesome Team High Voltage will kick off on Saturday Jan 4…

And EVERYONE is invited to check it out for free!

Probably my FAVORITE thing about Team High Voltage is how it raises everyone’s level who is willing to train Arm and Arm with the rest of the group.

We witnessed people have amazing breakthroughs on every level…CrossFitters compete in their very first competition…and then realize how FUN it is!

We witnessed our Volts and Vixens team up to make it to the top of the podium in competitions at every level and every type of event!

But most importantly…we witnessed the coming together of people who know what it means to be at TEAM.

I have so much more to say about this amazing program – but really for me that last line nails it.

It’s TEAM High Voltage. And if you wanna check out training arm in arm with this dedicated group can raise your fitness game then be there on Sat Jan 4 – we’ve got a new logo for the TEAM that we’re going to drop & it’s insane!

Looking forward to seeing what this amazing group can accomplish this year…and how many of you step up to make it a reality.
