Tuesday….You knew it was coming!

Not sure why…but on a day like today…this just seemed about right.

I mean after weeks of progressions for movement specific aerobic power combined with muscular endurance training…topped off with just enough touches of lactate training (you had to know those row repeats were for sumpin!)…it’s time!

As for the video – it’s one of my all time favorite videos and chances are many of you have seen it before.

It’s not athletic based at all…but it kind of hits the nail on the head.

Tuesday’s Training/Testing

Fitness Only:

Skill: Thruster Instruction

WOD: “Fran” (run in 2-3 heats as needed)

21-15-9 reps for time

Thrusters (DB or BB)

& Pull Ups

Fitness/Performance/Sport (Sport at 4:30p)

21-15-9 reps for time

(for strength gain – can be 15-12-9 reps; Heavier Thrusters + strict Pull ups)
F: Weight as needed – DB or BB
P: as Rx’d
S: CtB Pull Ups

B. Back Squat

F: Build up to 5 reps at 30×2
P: Build up to a 10 rep
S: Build up to a heavy 20 rep
