There’s been so much awesome going on lately at High Voltage…

I’d like to give a big shout out to eveyrone who PR’d on their form on 14.3 #yeahitsarealthing

Special shout out to Juan…who almost didn’t do the Open…but got on my mini-team…and then PR’d his deadlift FIVE TIMES Friday Night.

But now with 2 more weeks left…we all need to ask ourselves – is this the home stretch…

Or are we going to be using the momentum from the Open to help you knock down your next set of goals?

A. Back Squat; in 15 minutes Find 3RM

Fitness: Sets of 3 reps at 30×0 tempo

Performance/Sport5 4 3 5 4 3RM
Wave loaded – go up in weight each time

B. For time; 30-20-10 reps

Run 200m at the start of each round
Fitness: Wall Ball Hanging Knee Raises/Sit Ups
Performance: Wall Ball Toes to Bar
