We all want to come in and definitely sweat our butts off but with who? If you take a look in all directions there are multiple people who you now call friends.

Here at the box over the next week we will be spotlighting what only you can experience by being in the High Voltage community: True Friendships.

Once upon a time there was a princess who was looking for her prince charming. She found him at the rarest place; CrossFit High Voltage. (what!?!)


These two are the perfect pair who were voted by the High Voltage family as Fittest Family. August 4th 2012 Eric and Nicole Johnson tied the knot but their story started long before when they met at CrossFit High Voltage. It all started with a Facebook message to hang out after a WOD and the rest is history. These two are amazing people great crossfitters and can always brighten up the room.


Wednesday’s Training:
