Well it’s ON this weekend!

Hayley is competing at the SoCal CrossFit Games Regionals along with the other top 47 ladies of our Region!

I’ve been doing Hayley’s programming & training for the past couple months now and I really couldn’t be proud of her.

In CrossFit competitions there really is ‘anything goes’ as far as what you’ll be asked to do…

And this weekend Hayley’s going to be giving her Full Effort as she represents herself and our ENTIRE High Voltage Community.

B. “Running Cindy” [final Murph Prep]

20 min AMRAP

1 mile run for time with remaining time perform AMRAP of;

5x Pull Ups
10x Push Ups
15x Squats

Fitness: reps can be 3/6/9 or 4/8/12 as needed.
