Our first Friday ‘Max Aerobic Power’ class starts today – it’s expanding our late morning [late is a relative term I know] classes so now we’re at Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 7:30am for the Max Aerobic Power class.

Now…I think we need a new name for this class. I’m normally more descriptive when I name things – I think a fun name would match how fun this class is & give better insight to new people who don’t know what the crap MAP means…ya know?

-And…this next part is one of my favorite parts of High Voltage…

Congrats on this weekend’s wedding for Volt Stefan [the Cheetah] and Vixen Stephanie. Couldn’t be a better match for each other couldn’t be people who train or work harder and on behalf of everyone here we wish you all of the best as you go on to your lifetime partner WOD 🙂

5 min on 1 min off x6 sets= complete AMRAP in this time frame.
