Monday’s Training:


A. Power Clean + Power Jerk 2 & 2
One set every 90 seconds for 12 minutes working up in weight
Final 2 sets are at the same wieght
Fitness: 2x hang Power Clean + 2x Push Press

Skill: Front Squat; 4×8-10; 31×1

WOD: 12 min AMRAP

10x Wall Ball
10x Jumping Pull Ups or Kipping Pull Ups

A. Back Squat; one set of 3 reps back squat every 2 min for 14 min;
Build up to a daily set of heavy 3;
Fitness: x5 reps; 30×1 working up
