Last night I had another family come through the doors of CFHV to inquire about what we have to offer here.
A father, mother, and two young children…all interested in integrating fitness into their routine and their lives.
One of the most important things to me as an owner of a CrossFit gym is helping people realize that they CAN make fitness a priority in their lives.
We all have lots of responsibilities, jobs, boyfriends & girlfriends, husbands & wives, kids, and undoubtedly plenty of other things to pack our schedule.
Sometimes finding the time to make it to the gym just doesn’t seem realistic, but that one hour a day you take for yourself is SO important. Sometimes that one hour a day is the stress relief that allows you to tackle the other 23…it certainly couldn’t hurt!
That’s why I want to have options for families to make fitness an EASY choice. Things like offering child care, CrossFit Kids, and now our upcoming CrossFit Summer Camp make it a family affair.
It’s great when fitness can be something everybody does together, and there is no better example you can set for your children or gift you can give them!
