Beach Day!

Join the High Voltage crew for an end the summer beach day bash!

This is a great way to hang with the community outside the box and have some fun in the sun.  Family and friends welcome!

We will be supplying some pop-up tents for shade and light snacks and beverages. Feel free to bring any snacks & games to share!

All the fun goes down on Sunday, August 28, 11am @ Zuma Beach!

In order for that athlete to work a 250/175# barbell must be held at the top of a deadlift. Can be done as a partner deadlift.

Team size= 3-4 people

Fusion:

In teams of 3…run through relay style. One athlete must complete whole set before next team member starts. Each athlete to complete 8 Rounds each.
