Logo reveal AND movements announced!

T-SHIRT DESIGN & PRE=ORDER:

I promised to reveal the competition logo today, rx and I’m delivering as promised.

Pretty sweet, price right?  …and designed by CFHV’s very own Will Nichols!  If you seem him around, tell him you love it!

So how do you get your hands on one of our sweet competition shirts?  Well, typically in a competition there is a registration fee, and as part of that fee you receive a shirt…but I don’t want to be charging you all a registration fee for our “Rumble in the Box”.

So…for anyone who signs up and wants to compete, the competition is 100% free.  All the prizes, our live DJ, logistics, planning and prep is on us.  Just come out and have fun and throw down with your friends!

If you do want one of the awesome shirts as a way to show you came out and participated, were a judge, or even a spectator, I’ll be putting up a pre-order TODAY.  The pre-order for the shirts will run for just 2 weeks until Friday, June 30.

Once the pre-order ends, that’s it!  So make sure to get em while you can.  These will be bold! These will be special!

MOVEMENTS ANNOUNCED:

Also as promised today, I am officially announcing ALL of the movements you will see at the “Rumble in the Box”.

This will give you all a better chance to asses which division is proper for you, as well a sneak peek into what you should start working on if needed.

Remember that these WODs will be accessible for everyone, no matter your ability level.  I will be announcing the actual WODs with plenty of time for you all to practice them and strategize with your partner well ahead of time.  For now, have a look at the movements list (scaled division in blue where necessary):

WOD 2 will follow on on Sunday, July 9.

The floater event will come out the week of the competition!
