CrossFit High Voltage

There have been a number of natural disasters, from multiple hurricanes to wildfires to earthquakes. Hundreds of CrossFit gyms have been affected from structural damage, flooding, ruined or destroyed equipment, lost revenue, and even property loss or condemning.
It’s the least we can do as we are fortunate to be thriving to be help the national CrossFit community by trying to raise funds to help those in need. CFHV has put together a fun event that is inclusive for all to give the help directly to those who need it most.
Shred Sesh is still on for the morning @ 9am, but all other classes and open gym are cancelled for that day to host the event.
We’ll have 4 events. You can done one, two or all of them! Here are the WODs:
- Max Calories on Assualt Bike in 5 minutes
- Max Double-Unders or Singles in 1 minute
- Max Burpees in 3 minutes
- Max Deadlift in 3 minutes (choose from 3 different weight options)
Get your friends or family to pledge for every rep/cal that you complete. They can donate anywhere from $0.25 to $2.00 per rep/cal.
No friends or family available? Sponsor yourself! Can’t make it? Sponsor a buddy! Don’t want to participate but want to help? Pledge for a coach or fellow member!
The whole point is to GIVE! 100% of the money goes directly to help. Cash, check, CC all accepted!

Saturday @ 9am: Shred Sesh
Saturday @ 10am: CrossFit Sparks (ages 3-7)
Saturday @ 10am: Olympic Drills for Skills (only 2 weeks left!)
Saturday @ 11:30-1:30: Open Gym
Sunday @ 10am: Energizer Long WOD
