Oly Class is BACK:
Olympic Drills for Skills has RETURNED! It’s THIS Saturday from 10-11:30am!
This class will run for 9 weeks, and each week will focus on one of the Olympic lifts: the clean, the jerk, or the snatch. We’ll touch on each lift 3 times over the 9 weeks.
I’ve had a lot of questions about who exactly this class is for, and the answer is…everybody! It doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to CrossFit, or a seasoned athlete that’s been training with us for a few years now.
If you’re new, this is where you’ll have the time to break the major lifts down into their individual components so that it doesn’t seem so confusing.
Seasoned pro? This class is for you too! Olympic Weightlifting is something that no matter how much you practice, there is always further perfection to be achieved.
There IS daycare for this class every week!

January Community Night Out:
Get ready to come out and have some fun with your CFHV family!
We will be hosting out next community event on Friday, January, 19th at 7 pm at Barney’s Beanery in Burbank.
Mark your calendars because it’ll be our first event for 2018. This is our monthly event where we host a local event outside the gym to get to know each other a little better. We hope you’ll come join us!
