Describe your first work out here at Crossfit High Voltage:
My first workout involved Wall Balls and Burpees…and I was lying on the floor totally crushed after the WOD.
Before joining High Voltage, when did you know something had to change?
I was working out at a Globo gym and my progress just stalled after a few months into my routine so I decided to do try CrossFit – one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
Describe your most memorable CrossFit Experience so far.
It was during CrossFit Open 2016, and I was doing 16.4 on a Sunday – I was winded after the Wall Balls and almost tapped out, but my wife, the coaches, and the rest of CFHV community were there to cheer and support, and the energy crowd fueled me to push through until the clock stopped a few minutes later.
Outside of High Voltage, what kind of work do you do? Give yourself a plug!
I’m a pharmacist-lawyer, and I work as a pharmacy compliance consultant for couple of local pharmacies, and as an “of counsel” attorney for a law firm that is solely focused on pharmacy law – representing individuals and entities.
How has getting in shape changed your professional life?
I have more energy – which allows me to focus and do more work.
Tell us about an area of your life most impacted by your decision to join High Voltage.
Joining CFHV gave us the opportunity to be fit (and stay fit) as a family.
When have you used CrossFit outside of the box?
Everyday – doing things like sitting down (squat), carrying grocery bags (farmer’s carry), lifting objects from the floor (deadlift), and list goes on….

Favorite: Clean / Least Favorite: Burpees
What is your favorite cheat meal?
Burger, fries and a pint of cold beer.
