Member Spotlight: Eddie Martinez
It’s the gentle giant today. Don’t let his imposing stature fool you, he’s one of the most humble, kind, and sweet guys you’ll ever meet.
He’s a staple at our momWOD, but can be found at just about every class time. It’s because no matter his schedule, he always makes the time to get in his workout.
Consistently I’m amazed at the unbelievable amount of weight this guy throws around with ease! What really impresses me though is all the hard work I see him doing to improve his mobility.
Putting in that hard work that isn’t always fun has truly transformed his mechanics. I’m really proud to call him a member of this community, and you’ll be pleased to meet:

Part of my duties are search warrant service, which can be pretty dynamic events, from scaling walls to ramming doors down, I think Crossfit helps immensely with that aspect of my job.
