If you’ve ever met today’s member, although he is quiet at first, he’s a guy you won’t soon forget. I can’t remember exactly how long he’s been with us, but it’s been well over 4 years now.
He’s super consistent in his attendance, always willing to welcome a new person or give a new movement a try. You can usually find him holding down the fort at 6:30pm on the weekdays, and he’s a staple at Shred Sesh Saturday mornings.

Describe your first work out here at Crossfit High Voltage:
It was Saturday at 9AM and we were doing inch worms on the gravel in the parking lot.
Before joining High Voltage, when did you know something had to change?
I had to stop my coworker from nagging me to try CrossFit.
Describe your most memorable CrossFit Experience so far.
The first time I did strict pull-ups without the band. I did 11.

I am more confident due to greater strength, endurance and mobility. I eat healthier!

Running on my own and helping friends and family with strenuous tasks.

Favorite – back squats; least favorite – thrusters.
