Describe your first work out here at Crossfit High Voltage:
My memory is horrible. I wish I could remember. Haha

Any community event and box competitions.
Outside of High Voltage, what kind of work do you do? Give yourself a plug!
Police Officer for the City of LA.

I have more energy which helps me stay focused and alert on all the craziness going on in the City of LA.
Tell us about an area of your life most impacted by your decision to join High Voltage.
My physical and most importantly my mental health. Being able to de-stress at the gym is my therapy.
When have you used CrossFit outside of the box?
Every single day. Whether it be at work or at home. I never realized how much I use CF movements for everyday life.

My husband, Juan Mundo. Working out beside him pushes me to try harder.

Never give up and keep learning!

My favorite movement would probably have to be wall balls and least favorite is assault bike.

Pizza and beer/cider.
If you had to describe CFHV in one sentence:
My home away from home.
