Member Spotlight: Anton Geuping
Like many of our spotlights, I remember his first day. He’s been with us for a long time, and actually had two lives with CFHV.
He came to us quite a few years ago, trained super consistently, arriving each day with his buddy on their motorcycles and putting in the work. After a while, duty called and he was off.
I think it was right around a year that he was away serving our country in the armed forces. He was missed, but we stayed in contact, and when the time came, he returned to us!
He’s now been back for a while and is better than ever! You’ll see him just about every day at 5:30pm, and now he’s all CrossFit after progressing on from our 6:30pm class. It’s my pleasure to introduce:
