Our kid’s programs have been blowing up lately, and our most popular by far is CrossFit Sparx.
Our next 8 week cycle for CrossFit Sparx (ages 3-6) begins this Saturday @ 10am. Led by Coach Debbie Serpas, these classes are incredibly popular and continue to grow.
Physical fitness programs for youth have proven repeatedly to nurture their neurological development as much as their physical development.
It improves social skills, builds confidence, fosters teamwork, as well as teaches integrity & discipline. Kids in our programs learn to have a self-perception based on their effort and what they can do, rather than superficial attributes.
Most importantly? It’s all wrapped up in games and fun! Using elements that children gravitate toward naturally in their play, we can help them build skills for a lifetime.

This Sunday just after the Energizer Long WOD at 10am, we have our new Partner/Team WOD class from 11am-12pm.
Come by with an old friend, come meet a new friend, sweat together, laugh together, get fit together! It’s a nice way to take it easy on a Sunday before you get on with your day, or if you’ve got the “eye of the tiger” you can really go for it.
Choose your own adventure, find the Robin to your Batman, or assemble your Avengers. This class is sure to be a blast!
Oly Drills for Skills:
This will be week 5 of 9 for our Olympic Weightlifting class on Saturdays from 10:30am-12:00pm. We focus on one lift (clean, jerk, & snatch) each week, and break them down into manageable drills, components, or pieces.
By doing this it allows you to identify and address the areas with which you struggle the most, and with your coach be able to unlock the elusiveness of these complex & technical lifts.
At the end of each 90 minute session, we re-construct the lift to see how all of the new unlocked pieces fit together. It isn’t uncommon to see unexpected PR’s, “ah-hah” moments, and major epiphanies.
