Olympic Weightlifting “Drills for Skills” Class:

This ultra-popular class is BACK for 2019 every Saturday from 10:30am-12:00pm as our specialty class for the next 9 weeks.

We focus on one lift (clean, jerk, or snatch) each week, and break them down into innovative, but manageable drills and components. We then integrate those individual pieces using volume rather than weight to practice & refine your movements.

By doing this it allows you and your Coach to identify and address the areas with which you struggle the most. All of this is free from the confines of the normally restricted time allotments of daily class, so you’ll have the time be able to unlock the elusiveness of these complex & technical lifts.

With reliable exercises & teaching methods, we break down the confusion and give you the keys to the rewarding & enriching world of proper Olympic Weightlifting.

At the end of each 90 minute session, we’ll re-construct the lift to see how all of the refined pieces fit together. It isn’t uncommon to see unexpected PR’s, “ah-hah” moments, and major epiphanies.

CrossFit Sparx Returns:

Our kid’s programs are cornerstones of the Community at CFHV, and CrossFit Sparx is ready to kick off.

Our next 8 week cycle for CrossFit Sparx (ages 3-6) begins this Saturday @ 10am. Led by Coach Debbie Serpas, these classes are incredibly enriching and diverse ways to experience play for your littlest ones.


Physical fitness programs for children have proven repeatedly to nurture their neurological development as much as their physical development.

It improves social skills, builds confidence, fosters teamwork, as well as teaches integrity & discipline. Kids in our programs learn to have a self-perception based on their effort and what they can do, rather than superficial attributes.

Most importantly? It’s all wrapped up in games and fun! Using elements that children gravitate toward naturally in their play, we can help them build skills for a lifetime.

Body Spec Truck Returns:

Many of you probably have set nutrition and fitness goals for 2019. A great way to get a baseline and keep tabs on how you are progressing is with the real time data that doesn’t lie.
