On-Ramp Program


Our No-Sweat Intro is the best way to get started with any of our services. It is a 15-20 minute face to face meeting with one of our knowledgeable coaches. We will work together to identify your goals and the best way to help you reach them.  Best of all it’s cost and obligation free!


Our On-Ramp program consists of 5 one-on-one training sessions with your own personal CrossFit High Voltage Coach. As you progress through these sessions you will be prepared to thrive in our group CrossFit classes or to continue Personal Training. If you are ready to make a commitment to your health and fitness right now On-Ramp is your first step to success.
