CrossFit Classes

CrossFit High Voltage offers several unique programs and classes to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

The High Voltage fitness program is based on a progression based system of CrossFit and movement instruction. Every class is designed to help you learn and master basic through advanced movements & concepts – ultimately leading to you getting fit, get strong, get lean, and get Ever Ready for anything!

Technique, consistency, then intensity.

Our programs run simultaneously through out the year. We are a goal oriented CrossFit gym, and design your fitness training to be effective, appropriate for your current level, and never boring.


ONE on ONE Coaching:

One on one coaching is the most effective method of learning our 9 fundamental movements, and preparing you for success in all of our group classes. With the help and guidance from our certified, expert Coaches, you will learn how to safely and properly perform CrossFit’s most important movements at your own pace.
  • Each session is individually designed for your current ability.
  • By the end of your initial sessions, you will have the opportunity to continue with more personal coaching instruction, or move onto the Level 1 or All Levels CrossFit classes.
  • We provide both long term and short term 1 on 1 coaching depending on your individual needs.

For members who have been inactive for a long period of time, have health limitations, or prefer additional accountability, the highest success rate (decreased injuries and consistent attendance) have been found in members who begin with a series one on one personal sessions. One on one coaching is not a pre-requisite for attending our group classes.


LEVEL 1 CrossFit

Are you new to CrossFit? Been a way for a while and need to get back on track? Need to dial in the basics some more? Our Level 1 CrossFit classes are specifically designed with brand new CrossFitters in mind! No need for an On Ramp, our classes focus on the fundamentals each and every session, AND you get to be a part of our incredible Community.

  • Whether you are a novice or seasoned CrossFitter, this class is great for perfecting our 9 fundamental movements!
  • Specifically Designed to give you the proper foundation to increase your Overall Fitness Level in any CrossFit class you attend at CrossFit High Voltage! Form first, then consistency, THEN intensity.
  • All abilities and fitness backgrounds welcome.
  • Intensity and workload tailored to each individual. A solid CrossFit foundation is paramount to your long term fitness success.


LEVEL 1/2 CrossFit:

Building upon the 9 Fundamental CrossFit movements taught in Level 1, our Level 1/2 CrossFit class helps take your CrossFit training to the Next Level!

  • This class focuses on teaching intermediate level CrossFit movements and slightly more complex workouts than Level 1, gearing anyone up to do just about any CrossFit workout they could imagine!
  • Proper mechanics are emphasized, while you will learn more about your own bodies energy system and performance.

ALL Levels CrossFit – Our Most Popular Class!

All Levels CrossFit (Level 2/3) provides each and every member at CrossFit High Voltage with the best possible workout, coaching, and program design possible, and is scalable to you current skill level and level of progression.

  • Each hour long session starts off with a dynamic warm up and assessment, then progresses to basic & advanced skill and technique development, finally building up to our Workout of the Day (WOD).
  • This class builds upon the foundations set in our Level 1 and Level 1/2 classes.
  • You will learn more about your own performances, energy system efficiency, movement efficiency and virtuosity…and have a ton of FUN!

The FIREBREATHERS Class

The Firebreathers class is our ‘Advanced Training Session’ (probably a Level 4 class), and members must test in by passing the ‘Trial by Fire’ Workout with the prescribed weights, and under the time limit.

  • This class uses our most advanced and progressive training methods available, and usually averages about 15-20 ‘spectators’ each session who want to watch the fireworks!

*Note, it normally takes a CrossFitter between 1-3 years of consistent training to be ready to ‘attempt’ to test in to this difficult class.
