We use Assault Air bikes because they are the best full-body cardio machine on the market.
You will learn to love the Assault Bike because it burns calories and gets your heart rate in the “zone” like no other bike can.
The harder you ride, the more resistance the bike gives back, and the leaner you become!
These bikes use your entire body- not just your legs.
We combine these bikes with other cardio-based movements in the WOD (workout of the day) for maximum high intensity interval training.
This means you won’t just be riding the bike the whole class. You’ll be constantly challenged and never bored, as we incorporate many types of exercises into your workout.
