Working with one or more partners these three disciplines are fused into spectacular sequences of inversions, flows and balances.

What is AcroYoga?
AcroYoga is a physical practice which combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. There are 3 primary roles: the base, the flyer and the spotter. Acroyoga uses gymnastics techniques to build strength, flexibility, trust and teamwork between partners.
Do I have to be a gymnast or an experienced yoga practitioner to try AcroYoga?
Not at all! This workshop will take you through some of the very basic AcroYoga poses. Familiarity with yoga positions and some body awareness doesn’t hurt, and flexible hamstrings make most things easier. Unlike many yoga styles, however, you will have to talk to and touch other people, including other people’s feet. Make sure you come with clean feet.
What should I bring?
You don’t need to bring anything special other than yourself and a positive attitude! Wear clothes that are not too slippery: full leggings are best. Also, if you tend to get extra sweaty, I would recommend a hand towel.
